Instructions for Oral Presentations
The official language of the Symposium is English.
Each oral presentation is allocated 20 minutes, of these the last 5 minutes shall be used for questions, discussion and change over.
Poster Presentations Schedule
For each paper accepted within a poster session, one poster board in portrait format is reserved with a dimension of 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (height).
Authors are invited to be on stand-by near their posters during the session breaks and must be near their poster during the dedicated poster session at 16:30~18:00 (Wednesday, 4 Dec. 2013).
